When you are negative, you send people away from you. Do you want to attract negative people, or positive people? Ken Keyes Jr. touched on the reality of this when he said “A loving person lives in a loving world. A hostile person lives in a hostile world; everyone you meet is your mirror.”Your attitude affects both personal relationships, and career relationships. While the impact of your attitude in a personal relationship is perhaps . It’s the relationships, trust, and rapport you build with others which contribute greatly to advancement opportunities, and should not be overlooked.
Boosts your self-esteem.

Thinking negative about yourself or focusing on your flaws more your strengths is a sign of low self esteem. Low self esteem is unhealthy for your personality and brings down your growth graph. You underestimate yourself and never set a foot outside your comfort zone. However, if you think the best about yourself and highlight your strengths and try to work on your shortcomings, your personality will bloom. People will respect you, if you respect yourself. Optimism gives your self esteem a boost and others will respect and admire you.

People who have positive attitudes are healthier.  your life. A positive min  generally lives longer and better. They focus on taking care of themselves and being involved in yielding activities. The mind has a strong effect on the body and on health. When you think positively your immune system is healthier, and your body recuperates faster.
